1. General Principles

We understand that schedules may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Recording Sessions

Full Refund: If cancelled at least 48 hours before the session.
50% Refund: If cancelled between 24–48 hours before the session.
No Refund: If cancelled within 24 hours of the session.
Rescheduling: Allowed once if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Music Classes & Training Packages

Trial Classes: Refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before.
Monthly Packages: Refunds are generally not issued once the package begins.
- In exceptional cases (medical or family emergency), pro-rated refunds or credits may be provided at management’s discretion.
Transfers: Credits may be transferred to future classes with 7 days’ notice.

4. Jamming & Band Practice

Same rules as Recording Sessions (see Section 2).
Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

5. Events & Workshops

Each event/workshop will have its own cancellation terms, listed on the event page.
If Euphorea cancels an event, participants will be offered a full refund or option to transfer to another event.

6. No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled booking/class without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

7. Refund Processing

Refund requests must be sent to refunds@euphoreamusicstudio.com with your booking reference.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, excluding any non-refundable gateway charges or GST adjustments.
