1. Our Commitment

Euphorea Music Studio is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all learners, especially children and young people. We strictly prohibit any form of abuse, neglect, or misconduct.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

All staff, faculty, visiting artists, and volunteers.
All minors (under 18) participating in classes, events, or studio activities.
Parents/guardians accompanying minors.

3. Safeguarding Principles

Every child has the right to safety, dignity, and respect.
Parents/guardians must provide written consent for a minor’s participation.
A parent/guardian may be asked to remain on-site during sessions for younger children.
Media use (photos, videos) of minors requires separate parental consent (see [Media & Recording Release]).

4. Staff Responsibilities

All staff/faculty interacting with minors will maintain professional boundaries.
Faculty and team members are expected to undergo background checks (police verification / reference checks).
Staff must immediately report any suspicion or concern regarding child safety to the designated officer.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Any form of physical, emotional, or verbal abuse.
Inappropriate physical contact or behavior.
One-on-one closed-door sessions without transparency (sessions should remain observable, unless parent-approved).
Sharing of personal contact details with minors without parental consent.

6. Reporting Concerns

Any safety concerns should be reported immediately to the Child Protection Officer.
Reports will be treated confidentially and acted upon promptly.
Where required, matters will be escalated to law enforcement or child protection authorities under Indian law.

7. Confidentiality & Data Handling

Only necessary information about minors will be collected (per our [Privacy Policy]).
Parents/guardians may request access or deletion of a child’s data.
All child-related data will be stored securely with restricted access.
