Studio Policies & Procedures

Studio Overview

Euphporea Music Studio is a privately owned music recording studio operated on a partnership basis. We aim to provide a professional, creative, and respectful environment for musicians, producers, and artists. We also aspire to give a wow/soothing experience to all music lovers and enthusiasts.

General Rules

1. Bookings by Appointment Only – No walk-ins. All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
2. Session Timings – Sessions start and end as per schedule.
3. Punctuality – Clients are expected to arrive 10 minutes early.
4. Studio Hours – 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Usage & Conduct

1. Equipment Use – Clients must not touch or operate studio equipment unless guided by staff.
2. No Smoking/Alcohol – Strictly prohibited.
3. No Food & Beverages – Strictly prohibited.
4. Guest Policy – Max 2 guests per session.
5. Children & Pets – Not allowed unless approved.
6. Please put your shoes on the shoe rack.

Files & Project Data

1. Bring Your Files - Come prepared with your audio files, beats, stems, or notes.
2. Data Responsibility - The studio is not responsible for storing session data.
3. Backups - Bring your own drive.

Data & Storage

1. File Handling – Retained for 15 days.
2. Data Requests – May incur extra charges.

Payment & Cancellation

1. Advance Deposit – 50% required at booking.
2. Balance Payment – Due before session start.
3. Cancellation Policy – 24 hours’ notice required.

Media & Branding

1. Recording Studio Videos – Must be approved.
2. Use of Studio Name/Logo – Not allowed without permission.

Safety & Legal

1. Damage Liability – You are responsible.
2. Behaviour Policy – Abusive behavior ends the session.
3. Confidentiality – All projects remain confidential.
4. CCTV – Studio is under surveillance.
